GIG – Jordan hosted a two-day specialized workshop on insurance claims for 2026 at the Movenpick Hotel Amman, with the participation of representatives from Gulf Insurance Group companies in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, the UAE, Algeria, and Bahrain.
The workshop featured a distinguished group of speakers and experts from around the world, including representatives from the global reinsurance company Swiss Re, alongside representatives from some of the leading loss-adjusting firms in the Middle East, such as Arab Loss Adjusters (United Arab Emirates), MatthewsDaniel (Arab Republic of Egypt), and Umbrella for Insurance Technology (Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan).
Key topics discussed included property insurance claims and engineering insurance claims at the global level, alongside best practices and challenges in claims management and settlement. The event also provided an opportunity for knowledge exchange among the Group’s companies across their local markets, helping unify practices and align with global insurance developments.
