As we move through 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the extraordinary journey we’ve undertaken together — and to share our collective pride in what we’ve achieved For over 20 years, GIG Jordan has been the most prominent insurer in the country, consistently setting the benchmark for growth, innovation, and customer-centric insurance solutions. Today, I am proud to say that we are stronger than ever, not only leading the local insurance market, but also making a growing impact at the regional level In 2024, we secured a 16% share of the local insurance market and achieved a 56% growth rate since 2018 — nearly double the market average of 29%. We contributed 27% of total market profits, maintained a combined ratio below 90%, and delivered outstanding financial results, including a 19.15% Return on Equity, a 7% Return on Investment, and a 246% increase in shareholder equity since 2017.

These achievements are a reflection of your talent, dedication, and commitment to excellence Our strategic importance within the GIG Group and Fairfax Financial Holdings continues to grow. In 2024, GIG Jordan represented 6% of group premiums and 13.7% of group profits, rising to 17.7% in Q1 2025. This clearly underscores our expanding role in the region and the trust we’ve built within the broader group A landmark milestone was reached in 2024 when we became the only insurer in Jordan to be awarded an ‘A-’ (Excellent) Financial Strength Rating by AM Best — a testament to our financial stability, operational discipline, and future readiness One of the most remarkable drivers of our continued success is the positive, collaborative culture we’ve cultivated—one that empowers individuals, embraces diversity, and promotes continuous growth This success is underpinned by our Superset Strategy, which has guided us in aligning innovation, digital transformation, and talent development to create sustainable value.
