Gulf Insurance Group - Jordan, in partnership with Alawneh Pay, has launched an integrated solution for vehicle accident claims payments, providing customers with a faster, easier, and more flexible experience.

The new service gives customers the freedom to choose the most convenient way to receive their claim payments, either digitally through an e-wallet or in cash through 51 Al Alawneh Exchange branches across Jordan.

Once the verification and approval process is completed electronically, customers receive an SMS with the required details to collect their payment, eliminating the need for traditional paper-based procedures and helping save time and effort.

This collaboration reflects GIG Jordan’s commitment to digital transformation and innovation by using financial technology solutions to provide a more efficient, convenient, and customer-friendly experience.
